Founded in 1996 as a spin out company from the education sector, eCom Scotland rapidly became established as a fully independent company, forming an extensive network of links with industry specialists worldwide.

Founder and Managing Director, Linda Steedman is a recognised authority in the field of eLearning, a founder member of the eLearning Alliance and Chairperson from 2005-2007. Over the past 20 years Linda has run a number of very successful European research and development projects and has extensive experience of managing large public sector projects.
